TUMYKIDS strives to provide a wonderful shopping experience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days* from the shipping date.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Personalized Items, Engraved Items, Mystery Items and any item received
over 30 days ago.

✅The garment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: new, in perfect condition, without having been subjected to acids, fire, crushing, or other conditions that have been defined as improper use of the garments.

✅The cost of returning the item must always be borne by the buyer.

✅Once you receive the return instructions, as applicable, you have a maximum of 3 business days to return the item.

✅Remember that jewelry can become dirty due to external factors such as the environment, sweat, exposure to certain liquids, and, in very rare cases, due to the pH of the skin. In this case, you should only follow the washing and cleaning instructions.

✅Items purchased through promotions, offers, and discounts and personalized items are NOT eligible for exchanges, returns, or warranties, as they are final sales.

Please note: The lifespan of each garment depends on the care you give it. Products damaged due to normal wear and tear or obvious misuse will not be replaced.

TUMYKIDS offers two easy and free return options:

(1) exchange for another item;

(2) return for a full refund - processing fee apply*

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned in the same format and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel it before it has been shipped, you may do so without any issue. ( Apply Exclusions )

Please note the following:

  • Personalized Items, Engraved Items, Mystery Items and any item received over 30 days ago can't cancel.
  • A fee will be applied corresponding to the payment platform charges.

  • This fee ranges between 5% and 8% of the total order value.

  • The retained amount covers transaction and refund processing costs, which are non-refundable to the store.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
